The commission
- 20% of the merchant's every monthly charge — billed through Shopify, on every cycle they pay.
- Recurring for the lifetime of the installation — no expiry, no cap.
- When they upgrade, your earning goes up; when they downgrade, it simply adjusts down to 20% of the new plan.
- It ends only if the merchant uninstalls or cancels VyReel. A downgrade lowers your commission — it never cancels it.

How much do I earn?
20% of the merchant's monthly charge, every billing cycle. On Growth ($49/mo) that's about $9.80 every month, for as long as they stay subscribed — it compounds fast across many referrals.
Is it tied to Shopify billing?
Yes. VyReel is billed through Shopify's billing API on the merchant's normal Shopify cycle. Your 20% tracks each monthly charge they're actually billed — including annual plans, which Shopify charges as monthly payments (not one upfront charge).
What if they upgrade or downgrade?
Your commission follows their plan. Upgrade → you earn more (20% of the higher charge). Downgrade → it simply adjusts down to 20% of the new plan. A downgrade never cancels your commission.
When does a commission stop?
Only when the merchant uninstalls or cancels VyReel. You always keep everything you've already earned.
When and how do I get paid?
Once your balance reaches the $50 minimum, request a payout via Bank transfer, Payoneer, PayPal, and more — whatever suits you.
